The Work Scope by UPL included the overall responsibility for the Commissioning and Energisation elements of the Project. We undertook the Commissioning and Energisation of the SPEN Compound Substation & Control Room, and the Client Customer Substation. We were also responsible for the ongoing Safety from the System.
